Is there something not good that happened to you lately? Or is it still happening?

I just want to say it's okay. First of all, hope your condition gets better soon. I believe you can go through it all.

It’s okay to be not okay. Do anything you want to do to release your emotion.

It might be sound doesn’t make sense if you think your problem is big. But you need to believe that even if it's big, you can overcome it and get back on the track with your better version of yourself.
