Forrest Gump from My Perspective

Thanks to Monsieur because showing us again Forrest Gump Movie. It's third I watched. I feel it as one of the finest films of personal development cinema.

If we start seeing the life from Forrest Gump’s point of view it would be so beautiful. He is so pure in every aspect. The best thing is he is not at all judgemental about anybody around him. He loves everybody as they are. He always sees the positive side of the people.

He may be a mentally challenged man, but he knows what love is. He loves Jenny with his whole heart. "Jenny, I may not be a smart man, But I know what love is" He always follows this principle of …. "My mom always said, life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna yet" He puts his total-self in whatever the thing he does. And he eventually gets success in that. "My mama always said you've got to put past behind you before you can move on" This is something stunning.

If we want to go forward in life. You have to let go of your past, Whether it could be good or bad…Living in the past itself creates a huge problem for our future.

Regretting about the past will always kill your present and future as well. It’s hard to let go of the past, But we should move on to see the brighter side of the future that has been kept for us. That much great message has been given so simply and innocently by Forrest Gump.

Talk to strangers, you never know who you are going to meet. Forrest Gump is almost entirely a story told by a man sitting on a park bench, waiting for the number 9 bus as he talks to anyone who will sit down next to him. The movie begins and Forrest is telling a disinterested woman about his crooked spine, and his relationship with his mother, and by the end of the movie, he is sitting next to an older tear-filled woman who tells him he has been waiting for a bus unnecessarily this whole time.

I am the kind of person who tends to get irritated with rambling strangers, but it is important to remember that you never know who is talking to you, and what they may be able to teach you. Expand your horizons, we are all different.
